Domain Renewal Policies
01Automatic Processing
Upon submission, renewals are processed automatically. Activation is completed after processing and is not immediate.
02Registrar-Specific Differences
Domains registered with us will complete renewal within 1 day. For non-registered domains, renewal requires a transfer, which typically takes around 7 days.
03Expiration Restrictions
Domains that have expired for over 15 days cannot be renewed and will enter the deletion phase. Please renew promptly.
04Failed Renewal Handling
Renewals are non-refundable once processed successfully. Please double-check all information before proceeding.
05Transfer-Out Restrictions
Domains cannot be transferred out within 60 days of successful renewal, in accordance with registrar policies.
06Renewal Duration Limit
The cumulative renewal period for a single domain cannot exceed 10 years. Plan your renewals accordingly.
