1. How do I register a domain through your website?

Answer:
 You can register a domain by following these steps:

  1. Search for your desired domain name on our website.
  2. Add it to your cart and choose any additional services (e.g., WHOIS privacy, DNS management).
  3. Complete the checkout process and make the payment.
  4. Your domain will be registered automatically, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.

2. How do I check my domain’s expiration date?

Answer:

  • Log in to your Aname billing client portal.
  • Go to “My Domains” → Find the domain in the list.
  • The expiration date is displayed next to the domain.

3. Can I register a domain for more than one year?

Answer:
 Yes! During the checkout process, you can select multi-year registration (up to 10 years for most TLDs).

4. What happens if my domain expires?

Answer:

  • Your domain enters a grace period (usually 30 days), during which you can renew it at the normal price.
  • After that, it may enter a redemption period (higher fees apply).
  • If not renewed, the domain will be released and can be registered by someone else.

5. How do I enable auto-renewal for my domain?

Answer:

  1. Log in to your client portal.
  2. Navigate to “Billing” → “Manage Auto-Renewal”.
  3. Toggle Auto-Renewal ON for your domain.

6. What is domain redemption, and why does it cost more?

Answer:

  • If a domain is not renewed within the grace period, it enters redemption status (usually 30-60 days).
  • To recover it, you must pay a redemption fee set by the registry.
  • If not redeemed, the domain will be released for public registration.

7. Can I cancel my domain registration and get a refund?

Answer:

  • Domain registrations are non-refundable as per ICANN policies.
  • If auto-renewed, a refund may be possible within a short window—contact support immediately.
